Can I self cater?
In 2024, youth group will have the option to either self-cater or purchase a meal plan. However, there are limited on-site facilities to self-cater, so we recommend a meal plan as part of your ticket.
Check-in with your youth group leader BEFORE registering to find out what your youth group is doing.
You’re welcome to bring all the snacks in the world, but please, no nuts!
How do I get to the venue?
The address for Coast Community Church is 39 Bundaleer Cres, Bensville, NSW. Have a chat with your youth group leader to find out if you’re travelling together. If you need a lift, let us know - we’d love to find a car for you!
What if I’m not a part of a youth group?
You can absolutely register as an individual. After you do, we will give you a buzz and place you with a youth group to make sure you are properly looked after and have an AWESOME time.
Can I visit or stay with my family/friends if they’re close?
We need to know where you are at all times. For maximum fun we highly recommend staying onsite for the whole conference with your youth group.
Do I need to provide youth leaders to go with my youth group?
Yep! We want young people to come to a fuller understanding and experience of Jesus. They need their trusted leaders around them to support them in this! We cover your logistics so that you can focus on the youth.
How can I register my youth group for this event?
Each youth and leader is to register individually with us (use the link at the bottom of this page to register). If you are a church that is not on the drop-down list in the registration, let us know and we will pop it in! If you aren’t fussed, just let your youthies know what to pop in the ‘other’ box.
Will I be camping?
In 2024, everyone is camping. Your youth leaders will help to work out logistics about sleeping arrangements, bringing tents and other camping equipment, etc.
